I have gone to Robert's Jewelers in Dracut,MA. several times over the past years for appraisals and repairs. I have Always found (especially the owner) to be fair and very helpful. Their workmanship and prices to be reasonable.
Had good experience with them great people.
I had a ring checked at 3 different places and they were the place that had offered the least. Very pushy,cheap, arrogant men.
Owner is arrogant and screws you on prices, would never recommend this place!
I have only been to Robert's for very small $ business (to fix the prongs on my wedding ring) and they are truly customer service oriented. I leave feeling appreciated and will certainly go to them for any future jewelry purchases as a result.
