I hope some of you recognize me as the official Mel Jr!! :) I do work here but that doesn't mean I can't review (as an employee and customer on days off). The people who work here are seriously dedicated to making your order the best it can be. Mistakes happen everywhere but I've never seen a crew like my Co workers bring pride into making orders like how you want it. We enjoy having fun with regulars AND news. So I'm not just giving 5 stars because I work here, it's because even before I worked here the employees have always loved putting smiles on people's faces. If you ever have time to actually talk to my Co workers if it's not busy, they will sincerely bring a smile to your face. They're pretty much my second family!

Dracut D&D on bridge St . Need to find employees that want to work . It should not take 20 minutes to serve three cars in the drive up . When you get to the window you're order still isn't correct.
One of the best dunkins close to lowell bridge st. Never had a problem with staff or orders.
